RETURN POLICY
We currently do not have any return and refund policy at the moment. We make sure that all the products are in good quality before shipping out. We recommend that you follow the size chart strictly. The exchange of products due to sizing error is not allowed by default.
However, if you receive a product that is proven to be defective from the manufacturing faulty, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@thecaramelstudio.com. within 3 days of delivery and we will offer new replacement. Please note that Caramel Studio will not be responsible for any defects that are caused by logistics, transportation and mishandle of the product.
Caramel Studio reserves the right to reject any exchange requests that fail to meet the above criteria. Products associated with requests that fail to comply may be sent back to the original shipping address provided.
